Reinventing tradition: New employer brand for Stoltenberg.
Similar to many mid-sized companies, Stoltenberg faced the common challenge of sourcing and onboarding new talent. The outdated corporate and employer brand stood out as a significant hurdle. Teaming up with skeon digital, I developed the new Employer Brand and Corporate Identity that respects tradition while embracing a substantial evolution and modernization. With Bauer & Berg, we created a recruitment campaign filled with both moving and still images for paid advertising and their own channels.
